Tongues Are a Sign For Unbelievers; Prophecy Is For Believers

²⁰ Brothers, do not be children in your understanding. But be childlike in evilness, and be mature in your understanding. ²¹ It has been written in the Law [in Isa 28:11-12] that “I will speak to this people by people of other-tongues, and by the lips of others. And not even in this manner will they listen-to Me, says the Lord”.
